MJ Nester Equipment Sales, provides our clients with expert mechanical millwrights, plant relocation services, welders, heavy rigging, pipefitting and pipe installation. Located in the the greater Philadelphia area, we work in all manufacturing facilities nationwide. We currently have a position available for a Project Manager. The responsibilities of this position include:

· Managing and estimating industrial projects of various size and scopes

Strong ability to consult with customers; to understand a customer’s situation and to
provide a solution

· Negotiating costs

· Daily communication with project foremen

· Scheduling and managing projects

Qualifications

Experience in this field with 4-5 years required, Must possess aggressive and efficient territory cultivation/management skills, and be familiar with estimation of Industrial projects . The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who has excellent written/oral communication skills, computer knowledge, proficiency in excel, CAD is a plus ability to read and translate blueprints and understand design build. This position is for a person ready for a fast-paced and aggressive environment.
